| Reservations: To assure each dog receives personal quality care, we limit the number of overnight dogs each evening. This also offers our dogs a pack size that is more natural to them. Reservations are required for all overnight Boarding, Home Dog-Sitting & Training and we encourage our clients to book as far in advance as possible. Dog-Sitting & Training: We usually do our visits between 6:00am and 9:00am in the morning, 11:00am and 2:00pm in the afternoon and 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the evening. The Balanced Dog Pack will visit as close to the requested times as possible. However, if an unforeseen situation arises, the time may be adjusted. Pet sitting visits are usually done by Lisa Porter, but in the event of a personal situation, time off, illness or injury, another qualified staff member may fulfill the responsibilities set forth in the service agreement. |
| We ask that overnight dogs be dropped off no later than 4:00 pm, to ensure that each dog has had sufficient time to acclimate and relax in our environment. ALL clients must pick up and drop off by appointment. This rule is established for the safety of the dogs and clients due to our relaxed environment within the facility as dogs may be roaming at any time. Unexpected visitors can cause excitement to the dogs. When clients are arriving for drop offs or pick ups, the dogs may be segregated for everyone’s safety. |
